Antioxidant activity helps slow oxidation. Many foods are rich in the ability to scavenge free radicals, especially Cloves. The rich, fragrant spice from the Far East is especially high in antioxidant activity. However, consuming large quantities as food can be challenging. So, we encapsulate ours making it far easier to enjoy.*

As an herbal supplement, take one capsule three times per day with or without food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.

As stated by medlineplus.gov, Clove might slow blood clotting and increase the risk of bleeding. Taking it with other supplements with similar effects might increase the risk of bleeding in some people. Examples of supplements with this effect include garlic, ginger, ginkgo, nattokinase.
